CO-FOUNDER

Ivor is one of two Co-Founders of Morpheus.  He has over a decade of experience across Staffing, Talent Solutions and Advisory work within Venture Capital and Capital Markets.  Ivor supports and advises growing businesses and Venture firms going through periods of accelerated growth as well as large corporates on high-impact hires and scaling teams. When not in the office Ivor will be playing golf, running marathons and ultras and spending time with his wife and family.

Mike Swetman

Co-Founder

After a successful career in the British Army and assignments in Financial services leading Business Improvement initiatives, Mike founded Morpheus. Mike’s a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and leads the firm’s market-leading Operations Excellence practice.He’s also a certified RPA Professional and works closely with Morpheus’ clients, helping them accelerate their Automation programmes. Outside of work, he’s a keen golfer, FA youth football coach and dad to two very active children.

HEAD OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGY PRACTICE

Jack joined Morpheus in July 2020 as our first employee to build and lead our technology division. With almost 6 years’ experience recruiting within the RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data sectors he was an early mover in the space. Jack and his team have built multiple GTM and technical teams for VC funded start-ups/scale-ups and have also partnered with larger enterprises across Europe and North America. Outside of work you will find Jack watching Rugby, supporting his beloved Northampton Saints!

Gus Lambert

HEAD OF OPERATIONAL TRANSFORMATION PRACTICE

Gus joined Morpheus in 2020 and heads up the Operations Transformation Practice with over 10 years’ experience in Talent Solutions. Gus works with global clients in Tier 1 Strategy and Operations Consultancies, as well as companies in the manufacturing space looking at Operational Professionals working on large scale transformation projects. Outside of work Gus is a keen runner and you can find him at the top of a mountain or in the forest.
 

Sophie Winslow

OPERATIONS AND PEOPLE MANAGER

Sophie has been with Morpheus from the very start to lead operations and during the past year, has also taken on the mantle of looking after our people. She has many years of experience, starting out in purchasing and more recently in engineering, where her efforts won her several awards. Her role at Morpheus is to support the entire team and to wear as many different hats as is required to do so.Away from the office, it’s very much a realm of yoga and meditation.
