Morpheus is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager for a leading Financial Services Organisation in Swindon.
This permanent position requires a driven and client-facing leader who will operate as part of the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) team to improve quality, reduce costs and increase enablement within their IT & Group Security Division. The successful candidate will work to map the existing processes to understand the ‘Voice of the Customer’, Lead high profile change across the business and generate new improvement ideas from a variety of sources.
To be considered for the position you need to have the following experience:
- Proven history of delivering Continuous Improvement projects
- Outstanding ability to quickly understand key metrics that pertain to a given situation.
- Demonstrable experience coaching Green and Yellow belts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A distinguished academic record

As such, it must be stressed that only proven professionals who have experience driving Continuous Improvement projects will be considered for the position of Continuous Improvement Manager. This is a permanent position based in Central London paying between £50,000-£63,000 + an excellent package.
