Customer Service Manager / Team Leader – Leading Retailer – West London – £35-45K
My client, a leading Retail organisation based in London, are seeking a Customer Services Manager to join their expanding team. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Services, you will be responsible for a team of 5, ensuring an exceptional on-brand level of customer service and that all customer related operations are operating against agreed KPIs.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Manager or Team Lead, to join a team within an organisation growing from strength to strength, renowned in the market for exceptional service delivery and proven track record of high achievement.
Suitable candidates for this role will have;
·3-5 years’ office based customer service management experience
·Proven track record of meeting KPIs and performance improvement targets
·A clear thinking, structured and process-driven individual with fantastic organisational skills
·Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
