Incident Manager, ITIL, Leading Solution Provider, London, up to £50k
Our client, a market leading business process and solution provider has an urgent need to expand their service management team with an Incident Manager.
You will play a pivotal role in helping the team to react top major incidents in the live environment. You will take a proactive approach to resolving incidents, getting services back up and running in the quickest possible timeframes.
You will be handling multiple incidents at times, so will need to proactively carry out a root cause analysis, identify the right parts of the business to liaise with following an incident, map out a recovery plan, and provide excellent service to the affected area of the business with a time to fix issue report.
You will work alongside the Problem Manager who will investigate preventative measures into re-occurring incidents, and Service Delivery Manager who will ensure overall service levels are being maintained against KPIs and OLAs.
What we need from you:
Ideal candidates will have a background in Service Management, knowledge of ITIL, and solid experience in the Incident Management process.
