In our Consulting business we operate using many trusted Associates who report to our core of permanent staff. Our core managers benefit from a competitive salary and very attractive business development bonuses in addition to discretionary performance rewards. As we progress we expect to promote our best managers through our five consultant grades up to Director level by playing to the strengths of our leadership team. In addition to our core focus of the UK, we have specific plans to build on our existing client base of global organisations.
