An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a new era at an established Operational Excellence consulting practice. Our client is on the cusp of launching a new go-to-market value proposition which will position them as true solutions provider within the Change arena.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious senior level consultant to join a business which is committed to investing heavily in its brand and proposition.

You will be an experienced Operational Excellence consultant with strong management capabilities of both projects and people.

Expert level/competency in at least two of the following: Lean, 6 Sigma, Change Management and Operational Excellence.

Specific and deep sector experience within one or more of the following: Financial Services, Healthcare, NHS, Retail, Central & Local Government.

Strong track record of managing & developing more junior members within operational teams. Strong client facing skills with the ability to develop relationships and identify opportunities for business development.

This role requires flexibility to travel anywhere within the UK or overseas locations as required.
