Management Consultancy. Senior Consultant - Be Part of a New Value Proposition

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a new era at an established Operational Excellence consulting practice. Our client is on the cusp of launching a new go-to-market value proposition which will position them as true solutions provider within the Change arena.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious senior consultant to join a business which is committed to investing heavily in its brand and proposition.

You will be an experienced Operational Excellence consultant with outstanding project management skills. You will also be experienced in mentoring more junior member of the team.

Significant experience/high competency in at least two of the following: Lean, 6 Sigma, Change Management and Operational Excellence methodologies.

Specific sector experience within one or more of the following: Financial Services, Healthcare, NHS, Retail, Central & Local Government.

You will have demonstrable experience in managing specific deliverables at site level on at least one large project and possessing strong client facing skills to identify opportunities for up-selling.

This role requires flexibility to travel anywhere within the UK or overseas locations as required.
