Background: Mike is the founding partner of Morpheus’s recruitment practice, which specialises in staffing Business Improvement programmes. With over 10 years in recruitment Mike has a wealth of knowledge and an impressive network spanning both the private and public sectors. His experience includes five years in the Armed forces, where he was commissioned at RMA Sandhurst, going onto complete a tour of duty in Bosnia, work with airbourne forces and the MOD. Mike left the Army in 1999 to enter the recruitment and consulting sector, where he has since worked successfully with many leading Organisations, delivering transformation programmes.
