Kaizen Workshop
Kaizen is a Japanese word used to describe Continuous Improvement. Typically, the process involves teams of 4/8 people making small but significant improvements to their own areas of work.Buy in from the business is derived from financial savings, making tasks easier to complete, improving productivity output and reducing waste.Kaizen is a practical hands-on approach. It involves everyone in the business and utilises a number of easily applied Lean tools and techniques to remove waste. The improvements are usually very cost effective and typically implemented within 5 days.Our Approach Kaizen workshops are most effective when cross sections of employees are empowered to make changes in their work place. By day 5 of the workshop, employees deliver quantifiable business benefits, often across several improvement projects at the same time. | Friday | Complete actions, prepare presentation, present project and benefits to Senior Managers / Directors and department affected, celebrate success!! |
