70% of introduced candidates hired. Over 50% of candidates extended well beyond initial deployment.
Background:
Aviva had identified significant resource gaps on its strategic transformation programme. During December 2008 they were facing the decision of going to the management consulting market or engaging with a trusted recruitment partner to fill the gaps. They needed to very quickly source high calibre business analysts and delivery managers to do E2E process improvement work. This was also a multi site deployment across the north east, Perth, Norwich and Southend on Sea. Morpheus’ challenge was to be competitive on price and deliver very quickly, without compromising on quality.
Action:
We initiated a nationwide search targeting experienced interim managers with direct and specific insurance/claims re-engineering experience who could easily fit in with the existing teams. All potential candidates also had to have full FSA compliance checks, ID verification and CIFAS checks - which Morpheus carried out on the clients behalf.
Result:
Morpheus produced the ‘best in class’ strike rate for placing candidates with the client, hiring 70% of introduced candidates - 12 contractors were successfully hired and working across multiple sites from January 09.
