Who are we looking for:

Our Consultants are talented and come from diverse backgrounds. They do however have a number of common traits.

  • Degree Educated (2:1 or 1st  Commercial degree preferred)
  • Team player with collaborative and goal orientated approach
  • Passion, with the “will to win”
  • Strong relationship and communication skills
  • Prior commercial experience within either Consulting, Change Management, Project Management, Sales or HR
  • Tenacity coupled with a strong work ethic
