Our team mapped out the entire EMEA CAI marketplace and picked 3 main vendors to target, we then approached their sales leaders and top performers across Europe. The search was Pan-European which meant we needed be forensic, engaging and deliver at real pace.
Our team successfully onboarded 15 high quality individuals in the first 12 months of partnering with this organisation. We have helped find a Regional Leader, Account Executives, Partner Management team and their first Solution Engineer in the UK.
