We were tasked to build a high performing technical, delivery and sales team to compete with larger & better known vendors in the market.  At the time the business were going through a period of accelerated growth.

The ET team planned and delivered a global search across a 12-month period. Over this time they had sourced, qualified, and onboarded 15 new employees. This included, RPA Developers, Solution Consultants, RPA Support Specialists and Sales Executives (USA).

As a result of this programme of work, we increased Blue Prism Cloud headcount by 25%. This helped them reach their goals faster, with Blue Prism acquiring them in 2019
