Faced with their biggest ever growth year in 2020, our team was retained to help a leading management consultancy secure top talent to join it’s rapidly growing EMEA Operations Practice. In addition to building out a talent pipeline of hard-to-find engineers over a broad territory, our team was also challenged to deliver equal gender splits at shortlist stage.
Morpheus planned and executed a forensic global search using a dedicated research team. We worked closely with the client to profile the type of individuals they were looking for, designing an immersive campaign to attract passive talent using video to drive engagement, spark curiosity and create conversations.
From a standing start, in 2021 we successfully delivered 5 UK hires, 4 of which were female. The scope has now extended to support the client’s subsidiary businesses. Over a 6 month period, an additional 40+ candidates have been put in process across 10 European Countries. Delivery levels are consistently running at circa 100 fully vetted new candidate introductions per month, with stellar talent pools built and managed.
