We started our partnership within their Intelligent Automation Practice working alongside the Global VP Intelligent Automation. We were tasked to build their USA delivery team from scratch, find a Regional DACH Leader and add 3 hires to their UK team.
After we completed these searches successful, we were asked to help other practices and regions. We now work exclusively with their Managing Director UK, VP DACH, Global GTM Leader as well as multiple Heads of Practice.
Our team mapped out the entire direct competitor ecosystem globally and approached candidates in unique ways. We dedicated 3 full time Consultants to this project with other team members contributing when we have peaks of workload.
On average we are helping to attract 25 new candidates per year across the business. Our biggest win was onboarding 8 new candidates within a 3-month period.
