World Leading Chemical Organisation

We were recently connected to the Global Director of Digital Operations at a world leading chemical company. In his new role he had been given the budget to build a global innovation hub in Asia, a hub with the remit of developing a portfolio of scalable industry 4.0 technology that would digitize 250 plants globally. This would require both operational manufacturing experts and also a team of Smart Factory Innovation talent.

The preference for most roles was for local talent. 90% of the work we do is global, so utilising our core search-methodology adapted for the Singapore market, we built a short list of both local and global talent with ties to Singapore.

Within 2 weeks we submitted the initial short list across 5 roles and booked 1st stage interviews. Within 6 weeks final round interviews were completed and offers were received. 3 Senior hires appointed and we are continuing to grow the team as the hub builds.
