A fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a Contact Centre Operations team of a Leading Insurance Organisation based in Nottingham, currently embarking on large-scale change and transformation.
You will play a key role in scoping and delivering business critical projects within the Contact Centre, reporting into key stakeholders.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
·3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager (alternatively Account Manager, Change Lead, Contact Centre Manager)
·End to end delivery of business projects within a Contact Centre environment
·Experience producing and managing
·Strong Stakeholder management
·Excellent written and verbal documentation skills
