Enterprise Account Executive
Austin, Texas – Hybrid
$150k Basic – $300k OTE

Morpheus are currently partnered with one of the leaders in generative AI. The heavily funded Series B backed business provides AI/ML solutions with NLP technology to increases proposal productivity immediately and exponentially.
We are looking for a talented Account Executive with a track record of working with software vendors. This will be one of he first reps in the region. As a result you must be a self starter and understand the market well.
Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level accounts through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas of circa $1M+
Work alongside BDR to generate leads
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Stay abreast of industry trends in Generative AI, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and differentiate offerings.
Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales leadership, leveraging CRM tools to track progress and manage opportunities effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying processes.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate organizational hierarchies and influence decision-makers.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools is a plus.
