A passionate Client Service Associate, seeking a well rounded role supporting a large portfolio of clients and training & mentoring a team of 11 in operations is required a Series B backed SaaS Innovator, making waves in the industry
This is a completely remote role offering a salary of 80,000 euros + flexible hours + hybrid / remote working.
We are looking for someone with experience of:
- Managing a portfolio of around 5 or 6 clients in the past
- Confident jumping onto escalations
- Strong client facing experience
- Proficient English, Spanish is a bonus
- Background in a Client Service, Account Management, Project Management, Operations role preferred
Your day to day:
- Work with the implementation team
- Update and maintain systems, ensuring accuracy of time and data – this includes FreshDesk, Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Teams etc
- Create service tickets
- Develop and maintain client relationships
Salary: 80,000
