Executive Round Table events
In 2009 the Morpheus Group established a series of round table events in conjunction with leading figures in the business world. Our events are designed to offer senior business leaders the opportunity to share thoughts and ideas on major improvement and transformation programmes. At each event there are presentations from business leaders as well as opportunities for private discussions in breakout sessions to explore potential solutions. Our events conclude with refreshments and an open dinner and networking invitation.
The inaugural event was held in October 2009 at Aviva’s head office. It was hosted by John Gilbert, Customer & Operational Excellence Director, and was attended by over 18 companies including Hiscox, Morgan Stanley and Dixons.

The next event was hosted in February 2010 by Estelle Clark, Group Business Assurance Director at Lloyds Register. Discussion groups covered topics included ‘Gaining board level support’ and ‘Involving IT in change’.
Feedback was extremely positive and the event built upon the success of the 1st session.
BAA Terminal 5 – to be hosted on 9th June 2010
